About 63 Bits LLC

A studio for websites, mobile applications and digital interface design. We work with clients in Singapore and the wider region from a base in Tbilisi.

What the studio does

Three things, done properly

We build websites, mobile applications and the interface systems that keep them consistent. That covers content-led marketing sites, custom web applications, cross-platform mobile products, and design system work for teams that already have engineers.

We are deliberately narrow. If a project needs something outside those three areas, we will say so rather than stretch to fit. That is a smaller offer than most studios list, and it is the one we can staff with people who do the work themselves.

Websites

Marketing sites and custom web applications, built to be edited after launch.

Mobile apps

Cross-platform products for iOS and Android from a shared codebase.

Interface design

Design systems with named components mapped to their coded equivalents.

How the team is organised

Work runs in small teams: a designer and one or two developers per project, with a lead who stays with you from scope to handoff. That structure keeps communication direct and avoids the handoff gaps that appear when a project passes between departments.

For larger builds we bring in additional specialists, but the core team stays the same through the engagement. The person who scoped your project is still on it at the end, which is usually the difference between a build that ships and one that stalls.

Scope

Written brief and estimate

What is included, what is not, and the assumptions we are working from — agreed before any code is written.

Design

Named components in Figma

Interface design lands as a component library, not a folder of screens, so engineers can build from it directly.

Build

Your repository, from day one

Code lives in your repository and is packaged with Docker so environments behave consistently across machines.

Handoff

Documentation as a deliverable

Setup notes, environment details and the decisions behind them ship with the project rather than after it.

Want the longer version? How we run projects walks through each stage in order.

The standards we work to

Standards are only worth stating if they are visible in the deliverable. These are the ones a client can check while the project is running, not after it has ended.

We do not make promises about search rankings, revenue or download numbers. Those depend on factors outside a build, and a studio that guarantees them is telling you something about itself.

Repository ownership

Code lives in your repository from day one, and projects are packaged with Docker so environments behave consistently between your machine and ours. If we part ways, you keep everything needed to continue.

Design files

Design files stay in Figma with named components, mapped to their coded equivalents, so a designer and an engineer can point at the same thing.

Documentation

Documentation ships as part of the deliverable: how to run it, where things live, and why the main choices were made.

Who we work with

Two kinds of client, one process

Most clients are small and mid-sized companies that need a product built or an existing one fixed. Some have in-house developers and need design and interface work. Others have no technical staff and need the whole thing handled, including choices they would rather not make.

Both are workable. What matters is knowing which one you are before the project starts — that single answer changes who is on the team, how often we meet, and how much of the decision-making sits with us.

How we communicate

Decisions are written down. Scope, assumptions and change requests live in shared documents so nothing depends on someone's memory of a call. If you were not on the call, you can still read what was agreed.

For clients in Singapore, we schedule overlapping hours and keep asynchronous updates frequent. You will always know the current state of the project and what is waiting on whom.

Working across time zones

Remote engagements work when the process compensates for the distance. Weekly checkpoints, a staging environment you can open at any time, and written feedback threads rather than verbal decisions all help.

Onsite workshops are possible for larger projects. For most engagements, a video call and a shared file are sufficient — and faster than waiting for the next visit.

What we are not

Saying no early is cheaper for everyone than a project that drags. These are the lines we hold, stated plainly so nobody has to guess.

Not an outsourcing layer

We are not an agency that outsources the work and manages the relationship. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.

Not a template shop

We do not resell licences as custom development. If a template genuinely fits, we will tell you to buy it and save the budget.

Not a yes to everything

We do not take projects we cannot staff properly, even when the budget is attractive. A late project costs more than a declined one.

Getting in touch

Email us with a short description of what you need and any constraints you already know about. If you have existing designs, code or a reference product, include it — the reply is faster and more useful when we can see the material.

We will reply with questions or a call invitation. There is no obligation until a scope is agreed in writing, and there is no cost to asking.
